Norbert Campagna, doctor in philosophy, professor-associate at the University of Luxemburg and professor at the Lycée de Garçons, Esch-sur-Alzette (Luxemburg). He has published 24 books, the most recent being Staatsverständnisse im spanischen “siglo de oro” (Baden Baden: Nomos, 2013) et La Sexualité des handicapés (Geneva: Labor et Fides, 2012).
